If you fail to appear at the agreed appointment, we regret to inform you that a cancellation fee of 70% of the total scheduled price will be charged (exceptions apply to medical certificates). For all treatments we grant an exclusive complaint period of 7 days if you are not satisfied with your treatment at Lapis Beauty. In this case, please contact us by phone or email within the stated period of 7 days. Thank you very much!
